- the test now tries to detect unavailable http server, which
should not result in test failure
- equivalent valgrind test changed to new methode, removing code
duplication
- testbench supports
* new exit code 177, which indicates environment error, makes
test SKIP but still reports the failure
* new exitcode, logurl stats reporting fields
* report buildbot builder (if provided) in failure report
Also now permit interactivly running tests without explicitly setting
$srcdir. This now works if we are inside ./tests and fails, as before,
when we are in a different directory.

Support tools (like tcpflood) are also upgraded to support the
necessary dynamic port.s
This is part of the effort to make parallel testing possible.
We move parts of the cleanup to the buildbot cleanup, as we cannot
clean out instances on each test when we run parallel tests.
changes some of the test commands to use bash functions
includes some small bug fixes to tests where bugs were
previously not seen due to different plumbing.
function modules add functions to rainerscript dynamically,
change http_request into such a module (enabled by default).
This module can be used as a sample for future function modules.
They may not be accessible because they (or parts of the
network) can be down or access is not permitted. In this
case, the affected tests skip themselves.
Special thanks to Thomas D. (Whissi) for providing the check
function.
