Janmejay Singh a7652f8ef7 - fixed a bug in lookup-table array impl (it assumed lowest-key to be 0, according to proposal, it should allow lookup-table contiguous-range to start anywhere, not necessarily 0)

- added more tests to ensure value-dedup and nomatch being set/not-set doesn't cause any problems
