Add defensive checks for size arithmetic and packet/log parsing boundaries in contrib modules. This covers curl response accumulation, Docker log buffers, impcap packet header parsing, kmsg metadata parsing, Tuxedo ULOG parsing, and related configurable allocation sizes.
